Cancellation & Deposit Policy
To provide all clients with premium, individualised care and maintain smooth scheduling, we operate a strict booking and cancellation policy.
1. Deposits & Bookings
A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice
- 48 Hours' Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must notify us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. Your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
- Late Cancellations (Under 48 Hours): Cancellations made within less than 48 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in deposit forfeiture and may require full pre-payment for future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your procedure may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delaying subsequent clients, and your deposit may be forfeited.
4. Refunds
Treatments and clinical products provided are non-refundable due to the medical nature of aesthetic procedures. Results may vary per individual.

By booking a consultation or treatment with Aycan Hardy Beauty Aesthetic LTD, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Requirement
All clients receiving medical aesthetic treatments (including Botox, Dermal Fillers, Skin Boosters, and Regenerative therapies) must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued photo ID may be requested prior to treatment.
2. Consultations & Treatment Suitability
All treatments are subject to a thorough medical consultation. The practitioner reserves the right to decline or defer treatment if a procedure is deemed clinically unsuitable or unsafe for the client.
3. Medical Disclosure
Clients are required to provide full and accurate medical histories, including any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or ongoing medications. Aycan Aesthetic is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed medical information.
4. Treatment Results & Expectations
Aesthetic results vary for each individual depending on skin quality, genetics, lifestyle, and compliance with post-treatment care instructions. No guaranteed outcome can be given for non-surgical procedures.
5. Aftercare & Follow-Ups
Clients must adhere to all post-treatment aftercare guidance provided by the clinician. Any complementary follow-up appointments (e.g., Botox review) must be scheduled within 14–21 days post-treatment.
